About us
We are the biggest Slovak residential developer. Since being established in 1992, we have completed many successful real estate development projects. Although most of them are in Bratislava, the company is currently expanding its activity to other regions in Slovakia and abroad. During its existence we have become a well-established and respected company known for bold investments such as III Veže or the Slnečnice residential district, changing the face of the capital and co-creating new higher standards for its users. We emphasise the aesthetic value of a building, its logical fit into the environment, the practical functionality of the premises and the surrounding, whilst paying great attention to safety. An integral part of the implementation of each project is the fulfilment of high requirements for technological execution. It is always our goal to create a full-fledged space, with design, quality, functionality and safety criteria as equal.
By execution of bold projects, we have become the largest residential developer in Slovakia.
