Slnečnice awarded at Building of the Year 2022
Our largest project, Slnečnice, was awarded at the national Building of the Year competition (broadcast live on STV2 on March 22). The second part of the third stage of the Villadomy Zone (Villa-Houses Zone) was placed first in the category apartment/family building of the year. A professional jury - comprising architecture and construction experts, with representatives from the public, academic and private sectors - evaluated technical documentation and conducted on-site inspections of projects.
Villadomy Zone’s third stage comprises four apartment buildings and acts as Slnečnice’s showcase. Compass architects’ design is characterized by timeless and contemporary architecture, featuring spacious terraces and balconies, and attractive bright roof apartments. Ground floor apartments have large front gardens and promote the comforts of family living. The third stage also includes divider screens, which proved a very popular first stage feature.

SLNEČNICE C3 - 2nd stage apartment buildings comprise 17,750 sqm of seven above-ground floors and one underground level: 487 apartments and 268 parking spaces. Zone C3 continues the Slnečnice project, which set a high housing standard in the city district.
