Slnečnice in the Mesto zone extends the offer of flats with special entry prices
Bratislava, 23 May 2017 – Another residential building has been added to sale in the Mesto Zone. The residential building designated A4 brings 241 flats in the vicinity of the largest park in Slnečnice. It offers peaceful living in contact with greenery, excellent civic amenities in the immediate vicinity, and transport links that will soon be expanded, shortly after completing the residential building, by a possibility to travel by tram. Selected flats are offered at special entry prices, which will be valid until the end of August.
The current offer of 163 free flats in Slnečnice in the Mesto Zone has been extended by another residential building. The building designated A4 moved the building activities in the Mesto Zone to the other side of the boulevard, which will form the central, living axis of the Zone. The residential building offers living in the immediate vicinity of a park with an area of 29,102 m2, which will be the largest park in Slnečnice. It consists of two blocks, one underground floor and eight aboveground floors. The two top floors are receded, creating space for interesting flats with generous terraces with a view to the park. A private green inner block between the blocks of the building will provide its residents with a leisure area in the form of a playground and sporting elements.
The adjoining Slnečnice Market shopping centre will be part of the excellent civic amenities and will also include a farmers’ marketplace with vegetables and fruit counters, gastronomic facilities and specialized shops. In addition, it will include BILLA supermarket, JYSK, PLANEO Elektro, 101 Drogerie, Super ZOO, Pepco shops, as well as a leisure centre for children, tobacconist's and a pharmacy. The residents will also appreciate shops and services located in the parterre of the residential buildings along the boulevard. The transport possibilities will be extended by the planned extension of the tram line, whose final stop, Janíkov dvor, will be just a few minutes’ walk away from the residential building. According to official information, the tram line should be completed in 2020.

The residential building A4 comprises 241 flats, from one-room to four-room flats with prices from €58,320 to €271,440. Selected flats are offered at special entry prices, which will be valid until 31 August 2017.
