Slnečnice Nad mestom - Slnečnice hits new heights
Slnečnice Nad mestom’s construction started this June and will include the area’s first high-rise buildings, at the same time the second wave of sales for high-rise buildings has been launched.

Project details
The first construction stage of two Nad mestom high-rise buildings is underway. In the final stage, the complex will comprise five high-rise buildings (14 to 24 floors) and three lower buildings (8 floors). All buildings will also have two underground parking floors, and the project will deliver 1,680 new apartments to Slnečnice.
