Žilina-based Kvetnica began in September
At the end of September, we officially launched first stage construction of Kvetnica – together with renowned partner Licitor Development. The latter’s many successful projects in the Žilina region include Well Park where natural elements combined with luxurious urban living, and Piano Residence which provides future residents with a touch of history.
Nature and comfort unite
Kvetnica uniquely combines nature with modern and practical living – its forest park location promotes harmony and the environment. The building’s facade is inspired by nature, and will be complemented by large flower planters on balconies. A further priority is to build ecologically, so all building materials respect environmental sustainability and durability. Rainwater will be retained and used to irrigate plants on balconies, green roofs, and the atrium. The project will embrace and promote nature both inside and outside, and residents can look forward to beautiful panoramic views of Veľký Rozsutec and Malá Fatra mountains.
Kvetnica community living
In Kvetnica it’s crucial for us to provide above-standard living in a green environment, and to create space for strong community ties and good relations. In the central inner block residents can meet, greet, and chat to develop a true neighbourhood spirit.
Looking ahead
We aim to complete the foundations, walls and ceiling of the first underground floor by year-end. The first Kvetnica apartments should be ready for homeowners in spring 2025.
