On Thursday 30 November 2017, a new shopping mall Slnečnice Market in Petržalka, Bratislava will open its doors. The local mall has nearly 200 parking spaces available. Slnečnice Market, with the catchment area of more than 115,000 inhabitants, is a part of the newly created neighbourhood Slnečnice of the biggest residential developer CRESCO GROUP.

More than 30 shops, local catering businesses and small farmers will be opening their businesses in the Bratislava Petržalka estate from the end of November 2017. The largest residential developer in Slovakia, the company Cresco Group, is opening a local shopping mall, Slnečnice Market, in the newly emerging city quarter. The new shopping zone may soon be used not just by city residents from the nearby Petržalka quarter, but also by residents from neighbouring villages such as Jarovce and Rusovce, all in all that’s more than 115 000 people.

According to a ranking published last week by Reality.Trend.sk, Cresco Group is the largest residential property developer in Slovakia. The ranking, compiled using data from the consultancy firm JLL, was based on the number of apartments put up for sale from 2012 to the end of June this year.

Bratislava, 23 May 2017 – Another residential building has been added to sale in the Mesto Zone. The residential building designated A4 brings 241 flats in the vicinity of the largest park in Slnečnice. It offers peaceful living in contact with greenery, excellent civic amenities in the immediate vicinity, and transport links that will soon be expanded, shortly after completing the residential building, by a possibility to travel by tram. Selected flats are offered at special entry prices, which will be valid until the end of August.

Cresco Group today opened the sale of apartments in the third stage of construction within the Viladomy zone. This is as yet the most appealing part of the zone, situated in direct contact with the park stretching across 14 100 m2, offering attractive apartments with front yard gardens and generously large balconies and terraces. At the same time, apartments in building A3 of the Mesto zone were also put on sale a few weeks ago. In total the offer concerns 683 apartments, expanding the housing offer in the largest residential project of Bratislava. The success of the project is confirmed by the fact that 20% of all apartments in Bratislava’s new buildings and sold during the first half this year, were apartments right in the Slnečnice area.
