SO-HO Residence: Cresco Real Estate transforms Prague Holešovice brownfield
Construction of the SO-HO Residence is underway in Prague’s Holešovice (by the Vltava’s Libeň Bridge). On the site of a former car park and disused industrial Tesla factory, the second stage of this exciting new project will transform the locality’s character. Work began at the end of September 2024, and premium apartments and maisonettes were launched for sale in October. QARTA Architektura pioneered a modern design inspired by the original industrial heritage and quintessential Holešovice character. SO-HO Residence second stage is planned to finish during Q4/2026.

Cresco Real Estate’s Slnečnice Nové viladomy: first stage transforms Petržalka hill
Cresco Real Estate’s Slnečnice Nové viladomy (Sunflowers New Villa-Houses) is continuing in Bratislava’s southern urban district of Petržalka. The visualizations - led by Compass Architekti - of Slnečnice Nové viladomy’s first stage have been completed, and building permission has been granted for 347 apartments.

What Architects win Slnečnice architectural competition
The last part of the Viladomy Zone (Villa-Houses Zone) in Slnečnice will be based on an architectural design resulting from an international public competition run by Cresco Real Estate. Five architectural studios took part: two from Slovakia, two from the Czech Republic, and one from Slovenia. The architectural competition was won by the Slovak studio What Architects.
