Living directly above a park: Slnečnice completes towers’ shell construction, and launches first inner-block sales
Slovakia’s largest modern neighbourhood, Slnečnice in Bratislava's Petržalka suburb, has achieved another important milestone. The developer CRESCO REAL ESTATE has completed the shell construction of the first two high-rise buildings in the Slnečnice Nad mestom M1 project, and launched the sale of apartments in three adjacent M3 buildings, forming an inner block.

Cresco Real Estate receives official green light for new Slnečnice stage – and almost 1,000 new homes
Bratislava’s largest residential project has set another milestone. The developer CRESCO REAL ESTATE has received the official go ahead for a new Slnečnice zone: designed by PMArchitekti, the new stage - AB1 - will add up to 1,000 flats and apartments in Petržalka.

SO-HO Residence: Cresco Real Estate transforms Prague Holešovice brownfield
Construction of the SO-HO Residence is underway in Prague’s Holešovice (by the Vltava’s Libeň Bridge). On the site of a former car park and disused industrial Tesla factory, the second stage of this exciting new project will transform the locality’s character. Work began at the end of September 2024, and premium apartments and maisonettes were launched for sale in October. QARTA Architektura pioneered a modern design inspired by the original industrial heritage and quintessential Holešovice character. SO-HO Residence second stage is planned to finish during Q4/2026.
